1. Chain Transmission Module

4. PLC Control System

The system is controlled by a PLC programmable logic controller with an industrial touch-screen interface. 5. Working Process

Materials are transported to the transfer position via the conveying unit. Once detected by sensors, the control system activates the chain drive module, driving the pusher along a linear guide rail. The material is smoothly transferred to the target conveyor line or workstation. After completion, the pusher automatically returns to its original position, ensuring continuous, stable, and impact-free operation.
