Intelligent Four-way Shuttle: Adopting a modular design, it can travel freely along the X-axis and Y-axis on the shelf guide rails. Equipped with an intelligent obstacle avoidance system and automatic charging function, it supports 24-hour uninterrupted operation. The vehicle body is made of lightweight materials, ensuring stable operation and low energy consumption.Pallet AS/RS Racks: A standardized steel structure system composed of uprights, crossbeams and guide rails. The height of the racks is usually 6-30 meters, which can be customized according to the actual situation of the warehouse. It supports multiple storage modes such as single-deep and double-deep positions.Vertical Lifting System: Responsible for the vertical movement of shuttles, common forms include fork docking elevators and continuous elevators. Some systems are equipped with high-speed elevators for higher lifting efficiency.Intelligent Conveyor System: Composed of roller conveyors, chain conveyors and lifting transporters, it connects key links such as the inbound area, outbound area and picking workstation to form a complete logistics network.

After goods are palletized, they are placed on the inbound conveyor line by forklifts or AGVs. The system automatically identifies pallet barcodes or RFID tags, and the WMS system assigns appropriate storage locations according to the goods attributes (category, batch, size, etc.) and storage strategies.
After receiving the instruction, the shuttle travels to the designated storage location along the planned path and accurately stores the pallet into the rack through the lifting mechanism. The system supports multiple strategies such as FIFO (First In First Out), LIFO (Last In First Out) and random storage, and can manage according to attributes such as expiration date and batch.
After receiving the outbound instruction, the WMS dispatches the shuttle to take out the target pallet. For full-pallet outbound, the pallet is sent to the outbound port through the conveyor system; for split-case outbound, it can be sent to the picking workstation for manual or automatic picking.
The system can automatically dispatch vehicles for periodic inventory to ensure that the accounts match the actual inventory. Through data analysis, the system can automatically identify storage hotspots, optimize storage location distribution and improve operation efficiency.
Load Capacity: The load capacity of standard models is 1-1.5 tons, and that of heavy-duty models can reach more than 2 tons, meeting the needs of most industries.Operating Performance: The no-load running speed is 2-3.5m/s, the full-load acceleration is about 1m/s², and the single storage and retrieval cycle is 40-80 seconds.Positioning Accuracy: Adopting laser ranging, barcode positioning and other technologies, the positioning accuracy can reach ±3-5mm, ensuring operation accuracy.Intelligent Charging: The vehicle is equipped with lithium batteries or supercapacitors, supporting automatic recharging and fast battery replacement to ensure continuous operation capability.
